1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Presetly collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes information in connection with the Presetly Android application, package com.presetly.lightroompresets, and related services.

2. Information We Process

Presetly does not currently require account registration. Depending on how you use the app, we and our service providers may process the following categories of information:

• Information you provide to us: if you use the in-app Contact feature, we may receive your email address, support topic, message content, and any other details you choose to include.
• Support and diagnostic context: when you submit a support request from the app, we may also receive app version, package name, device model, device manufacturer, Android version, Android API level, locale, and the Pro-status flag included with the request.
• Subscription and entitlement information: the app may process subscription product information, offer details, purchase state, and local entitlement state made available through Google Play Billing in order to show pricing, launch purchases, acknowledge eligible purchases, and determine access to paid features.
• Advertising and consent-related information: if ads are shown or consent flows are required, Google advertising and consent technologies may process advertising, device, consent, and app interaction information in accordance with their own terms and privacy disclosures.
• On-device app data: the app may store information locally on your device, such as onboarding state, favorites, reminder preferences, billing preference state, review prompt state, cached metadata, and temporary cached content used for app functionality.
• Notification-related information: if you enable notifications, the app may store reminder preference state and app-open timing data used to support reminder scheduling and notification behavior on your device.

3. How We Use Information

• provide and deliver app features, content, and downloads;
• remember your settings and preferences on your device;
• show subscription offers and verify eligibility for paid or subscription-based features;
• deliver advertising, consent, and related compliance flows where applicable;
• send notifications you choose to enable or otherwise permit;
• respond to inquiries, support requests, and security reports;
• monitor, protect, maintain, and improve the app and related services;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and rights.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients, as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

• service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, customer support operations, security, analytics for service operations, and content delivery on our behalf;
• Google Play and related payment, subscription, review, and app marketplace providers;
• Google advertising and consent providers, including AdMob and UMP, when applicable;
• third-party apps or services that you choose to use in connection with Presetly, including Adobe Lightroom when you choose to open content there;
• regulators, authorities, advisors, or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the app.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services, including Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google Play In-App Review, Google advertising and consent services, and Adobe Lightroom integration. Those third parties may process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy notices, and policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the app, address support requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Support requests: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain service records, and handle legal or abuse-prevention needs.
• On-device preferences and cached data: retained on your device until removed by you, overwritten by the app, or cleared by the operating system.
• Google Play subscription records: handled primarily by Google Play under Google's systems and policies.

7. Your Choices

• You may choose whether to submit information through the Contact feature.
• You may manage notification permissions through your Android system settings.
• You may manage eligible subscription settings through Google Play.
• You may use in-app privacy choices when that option is made available through the Google consent flow on your device or in your region.
• You may stop using the app and remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on your device.

8. Advertising

If advertising is enabled in the app, advertising and consent-related processing may be carried out by applicable Google technologies and related service providers. Where required, the app may present consent choices or privacy options made available through those services. Subscribers with an active Pro entitlement may have ads disabled in the app experience.

9. Content Licensing Notice

Presetly may include third-party licensed content, which remains subject to the applicable license terms published by the original provider. For content sourced from Pexels, the applicable license terms are available at https://www.pexels.com/license/. Except to the extent Presetly has independently created original content or original derivative materials, Presetly does not claim ownership of third-party licensed content.

10. Children's Privacy

Presetly is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children.

11. Data Deletion Requests

Because Presetly does not currently offer an in-app account system, most user-managed data is stored locally on your device and can usually be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. If you have sent us a support request and want us to review or delete support-request data that we control, contact support.presetlyapp@gmail.com and include enough information for us to identify the request.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The then-current version will be published at this location with an updated effective date.
