This Privacy Policy describes how Presetly collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the Presetly Android application and related services.

Presetly does not currently require account registration. Depending on how you use the app, we and our service providers may process the following categories of information:

Information you provide to us: if you contact us through the app, we may receive your name or email address, the subject of your request, the contents of your message, and related support details you choose to provide.
App, device, and technical information: we may process app version, package information, device model, operating system version, locale, technical request data, and similar service-related information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the app.
Subscription and transaction-related information: where applicable, the app may process subscription or entitlement status made available through Google Play in order to determine access to paid features.

The app may rely on third-party services, including Google Play services, Google billing services, Google advertising and consent services, and Adobe Lightroom integration. Those third parties may process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy notices, and policies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the app, address support requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some information may remain stored locally on your device until removed by you, overwritten by the app, or cleared by the operating system.

7. Your Choices

You may choose whether to submit information through the Contact feature.
You may manage notification permissions through your Android system settings.
You may manage eligible subscription settings through Google Play.
You may stop using the app and remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on your device.

8. Advertising

If advertising is enabled in the app, advertising and consent-related processing may be carried out by applicable Google technologies and related service providers. Where required, the app may present consent choices or privacy options made available through those services.

9. Content Licensing Notice

Presetly may include third-party licensed content, which remains subject to the applicable license terms published by the original provider. For content sourced from Pexels, the applicable license terms are available at https://www.pexels.com/license/. Except to the extent Presetly has independently created original content or original derivative materials, Presetly does not claim ownership of third-party licensed content.

10. Children's Privacy

Presetly is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The then-current version will be published at this location with an updated effective date.
